BEAN A LONG DAY tells the story of Bean Blanchet, a legume who is tired of floating aimlessly in her bowl of soup. After trying out her solo act, “Bean a Long Day,” at a dinner theater in Hoboken, NJ, she sets foot on the trolley to New York City to fulfill her dream: the world realizing the star she already is. Ms. Blanchet encounters friendship, love, wax, and most importantly, Fosse, before learning the true meaning of soup.
